Eggs                                      3

Butter                                    20 grams

Salt                                        to taste

Directions

Beaten 3 eggs add butter into pan & pour eggs slowly on the pan on a medium heat mix your eggs with spatula continuously until lower portion cooked then roll it slowly from each side & try to make perfect moon shape remove from the pan omelet has to be soft & creamy from inside.
