Ingredients
Eggs 8
Butter 20 grams
Bell peppers multi-color 50 grams
Potatoes cubes 20 grams
Turkey strip 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese 30 grams
Directions
Stir fry all the vegetables & turkey add beaten eggs & cook on medium heat once eggs are cooked 80% put them in the oven for 8 to 10 mins at 160 degrees remove from the pan & don’t turn it over
