Ingredients
Eggs 3
Olive oil 20 ml
Butter 15 grams
Bell peppers multi colour 40 grams
Onion 30 grams
Tomatoes 40 grams
Tomato sauce 60 ml
Mushroom 30 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Coriander copped
Salted cheese 30 grams
Directions
Cook all the vegetables properly with tomato sauce top with eggs then cover your pan & cook 5 to 6 mins on medium heat remove cover & garnish with chopped coriander & salted cheese you can also put it in the oven if required
