Ingredients

Eggs                                     6

Butter                                  20 grams

Onion                                   20 grams

Mushroom                         20 grams

Potatoes cube                   20 grams

Cheese                                on demand

Salt                                      to taste

Directions

Stir fry vegetables in butter add eggs beaten slowly & cook on a medium heat once lower side is cooked properly just flip it over on the other side then cooked from both sides add cheese if required & turn over for the perfect shape & remove from the pan
